Depending on the service you have chosen, the sessions may last from 30 minutes to an hour or more.

All sessions are held via Zoom. You will receive a private link that you can use to access our Zoom meetings. During these meetings, we will talk more closely about your needs as reflected in the service you have selected. These sessions are conversational, yet focused to help you achieve your goal.

You should never leave a session feeling unprepared. That is why  at the end of each session, you will leave with a game plan of actionable items you can take away with you. 

This depends on the service you have selected, but you should generally prepare an understanding of what your expected outcomes are and your general goals. This will become a major part of our conversation. It’s alright if you don’t know all of the details though!
